Intern - Operational Excellence (m/f/x)

with the vision to match our ambition!

Your tasks in the net zero journey:
Focus on Lean Manufacturing tasks:
* 5S deployment - once machines have arrived, starting to implement the 5S colour & labels standards.
* Handling of the meeting structure on the shop-floor between the construction and internal engineering.
* Standard document preparation focussed on lean topics.
* Kanban preparation and working cross-functionally with the Logistics team.

* A flat hierarchy culture - fostering our great working atmosphere.
* Helpfulness among colleagues is not just an empty phrase but a practice everyday.
* Be active & participate in our internal sports challenges (SkelFitness).
* We celebrate our successes with Team Events, Summer & New Year's parties, and other initiatives!

Candidate Requirements:

* Relevant degree or professional experience would be a big plus.
* Detail-oriented mindset combined with the wish to work with a team.
* Excellent written and verbal English, German and other language skills are a plus.
* You have a hands-on mentality.
* Excellent communication skills
