In this role, you have the opportunity to
gain insights and experience in our Marketing organization while enhancing your skills in communication, sales training and data analysis.

Your role:
* Support the Program Manager in organizing sales and clinical training events (virtual, hybrid and face to face)
* Reporting, communication with vendors and participants (incl. set up of training material, participant management, on-site welcome)
* Management of training and trainee data in respective tools as well as on the online learning platform
* Support the Capability Development Program Manager with projects such as new product introductions with challenging timelines and many different stakeholders

Great, if you have the following:
* Currently Master student in the field of international management, business, economics or a similar field of study
* Good knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office, especially with Excel and Teams
* Good communication skills and meticulous way of working
* Fluency in English, German language skills are beneficial
