Internship in the Integrity Program, IL Culture & Strategy from October 2024

Job Description:

We in the Integrity Program, IL Culture & Strategy department use our knowledge to ensure that integrity is permanently anchored in the company. Our aim is to contribute to reducing risk and enhancing our company's reputation through a shared understanding of integrity. Together with our partners, we develop innovative and employee-oriented solutions that promote a culture of integrity within the company.
As part of your internship, you will work on the implementation of the integrity program and support our team in day-to-day operations.
These are some of the challenges you will face
* Research and knowledge management on various key topics within the integrity strategy (e.g. digitalization, global change, sustainability)
* Collaboration in pilot projects together with various internal and external business partners to further anchor and measure integrity
* Collaboration in the conception, design and implementation of communication measures, both digital and analog in a national and international context
* Supporting Integrity Network activities (e.g. reporting, events and products)
* Participation in the preparation and follow-up of various events from the Executive Board to all employees on the topic of integrity
* Organization and implementation of internal meetings and workshops, as well as the preparation of presentation documents for committees, e.g. in Management Board areas

Qualifikationen

* You are currently studying with a focus on communication sciences, business law, economics, sustainability management or a comparable course of study
* You can quickly familiarize yourself with different digital platforms (project mgmt, databases) and enjoy helping to shape them
* You work in a structured and transparent manner, especially when collaborating with teams and stakeholders
* You enjoy contributing new ideas and concepts that we can incorporate into our integrity activities
* Are you characterized by a quick grasp, very good communication skills, an independent way of working and the ability to work in a team?
