Une offre de stage intitulée Stage en déploiement de l'(COMPANY NAME) Operating System vient de s'ouvrir au sein de (COMPANY NAME) Commercial sur son site de Saint-Eloi. Vous rejoindrez le département OTOY en charge de gérer la chaine d'approvisionnement End-to-End pour Toulouse.
Votre stage consistera à déployer les briques de l' AOS ((COMPANY NAME) Operating System).

Idéalement, ce stage d'une durée de 6 mois commencera en Février 2025 (la période est communiquée à titre indicatif, et pourra être revue).

Tâches et responsabilités :
* Evaluer la maturité OTOY sur chacun des sujets et identifier les écarts pour atteindre la maturité souhaitée
* Interagir avec l'équipe centrale OTOX afin de comprendre le contenu de l'assessment de maturité et les attentes
* Partager les éléments attestant de la maturité avec l'équipe centrale OTOX
* Construire avec les différentes équipes OTOYx le plan d'actions pour couvrir les écarts​
* Supporter les équipes dans leur compréhension des attentes et dans la mise en place des actions
* Reporter à l'équipe de management OTOY le statut du déploiement.

Votre carte d'embarquement :

Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme de niveau Bac +5 (ou équivalent) dans le domaine du management des système industriels ou une discipline apparentée ? Vous possédez les compétences suivantes :

● Capacité à travailler en équipe et cross fonctions
● Gestion de la performance et amélioration continue
​● Connaissance supply chain

Compétences linguistiques attendues :
Anglais : avancé
Français : courant

We offer an internship: « Internship OTOY AOS deployment (m/f) » at (COMPANY NAME) Commercial in Saint Eloi (Toulouse).
You will join the OTOY department in charge of Toulouse End-to-End supply chain management.
Your internship will consist in deploying some of the AOS ((COMPANY NAME) Operating System)

Ideally, this is a 6 mois internship and it should start in February 2025 (date subject to flexibility). This position requires a security clearance or requires to be eligible for clearance by recognized authorities. Main tasks and activities:
Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills
You will contribute to the following:
● Interacting with OTOX central team to understand the brick content and the expectations
● Assessing OTOY maturity on each brick and identifying the gaps to cover
● Sharing all maturity evidences with OTOX central team
● Building the action plan to cover the gaps together with the different OTOY teams​
● Supporting the teams in the understanding of the expectations and the implementation of the actions
● Reporting to OTOY management the status of deployment.

Your Boarding Pass:
You are preparing a diploma level Bac+5 in Industrial Systems Management (or equivalent), and you will develop the following competences:
● Building team work and collaboration cross functions
● Gaining understanding of an End-to-end supply chain
● Improving your knowledge of performance management and improvement

Languages
French : fluent
English : advanced
