Job Description:

Within the Accounts Payable team and inside the Accounting department, you will join a team of accountants who run the daily operations. You will also be an actor in (COMPANY NAME)'s projects to improve and strengthen the processes in a constantly evolving environment.
What you will do:
* Account invoices in both ivalua and Sage,
* Be the representative of (COMPANY NAME) towards suppliers,
* Make payment vouchers,
* Help in accounting closing tasks (prepaid expenses, unreceived invoices),
* Ad hoc missions related to automation and process improvement depending on the motivation of the candidate,
* Participate in the improvement of IT tool and internal control.

Qualifications:

This role is excellent for a person with:
* 2 or 3 years degree (BTS, DUT, Bachelor or equivalent) in Accounting,
* Must be able to communicate effectively in both French and English
* Experienced in Sage or other accounting tool is a plus
* Excel proficiency is a plus
* Appetite for IT and process enhancement is a plus
* Teamwork and rigor are keys to success!
