The Position

As a People Insights Intern, you primarily assist Organizational Scientist and Insights Partners to perform applied psychology/organizational behavior research and uncover data insights to better understand, attract, hire, engage and retain the people that make Roche a great company and employer. As an ideal candidate, you are able to contribute to various People Insights projects and successfully drive and deliver one project at the end of the internship.

Key Responsibilities
* Actively search for and review research literature to remain current on people science
* Write literature reviews, reports, or white papers to summarize research findings and educate others
* Collaborate with Organizational Scientist to design surveys with validates item scales to measure critical aspects of employee experience
* Partner with experts on the People Insights APAC team to delivery key People Insights projects

Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge
* Currently in a graduate program is preferred, but student in 3rd or 4th year of undergraduate program is also welcomed
* Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Applied Psychology, Organizational Behavior, HR Management or a related field
* Willing to commit to the intern position for at least three months, with the possibility of a longer internship available, and able to commit at least 24 hours a week, remote or on-site
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Willing to learn and get hands-on experience
* Proficient in English in academic and applied settings
* Familiar with statistical programming (e.g., R or Python) is a bonus
