Your role
Are you detail-oriented multitasker? Do you know how to make sure things run smoothly?

We're looking for an intern to support with:

* managing calendars including conference calls, vacations and client meetings
* assisting with finance management, including processing of invoices and expenses
* preparing reports and presentations
* supporting office administration, like ordering supplies, handling mail and managing conference logistics

Your team
You'll be working in the Global Banking team in Sao Paulo, closer to executive assistants. As an intern you'll play an important role in the team.

Your expertise

* Studying secretariat or related fields, with graduation date on Dec/2026 or after.
* Ideally Intermediate to Advanced English skills (spoken and written)
* Good knowledge about Microsoft Office tools, mainly Excel.
