Your journey within the Innovate Program will start as Product Development leader at Product Development Unit Cloud, Common and Solutions.
What you will do:
You will join our team of program managers leading various parts of product development and improvements in ways of working. The work consists of planning and driving e.g. early phase studies, SW development including functional testing and documentation, Integration and verification. Your work will span across various sites within (COMPANY NAME) and with suppliers (e.g. Sweden, Finland, Croatia and Czech Republic).

In addition, we believe you have:
* MSc in Engineering Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
* Experience of SW engineering or development
* Experience in project management
* Interest in experimentation and innovation with the ability to think creatively and be well adapted to change
* A global attitude and willingness to relocate internationally, with a desire and ability to work in a multicultural environment
* Keen interest to learn new things and to broaden experience
* Ability to collaborate, engage with and mobilize the organization to secure results
* Solid presentation and communication skills, and proficiency in English
