Job Description:

Trainee Program for high potentials in Tire Manufacturing.
Are you more of a practical type, love to get to grips with the fine details, and pay attention to quality?
This 18-month graduate program offers you practical experience, during which you get to know all relevant production processes in day-to-day operations and gain experience at all levels. It prepares you for a job in tire production at a global player.

Qualifications:

* Above-average university degree in a technology-related subject, e.g., engineering (chemistry, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering), manufacturing, science, or logistics.
* Fluent command of English and the language of your home plant (country of employment).
* Project experience desired.
* Relevant internships.
* International experience (e.g., internships or studies abroad).
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a dedicated team player who enjoys working in a multicultural environment.
* Open-minded and ambitious personality, high level of commitment.
* Passion for the automotive industry.
