Program Duration: March 2025 - September 2026

The (COMPANY NAME) Records Graduate Program is a career accelerator designed to provide young talents with a permanent contract from day one. This 18-month program includes 3 job rotations and offers a unique opportunity to work within the same department, exploring various roles across departments such as Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Procurement & Supply Chain, Marketing, Innovation & Technology, and Retail Excellence.

Pre-Applications: Reserved for candidates obtaining their master's degree in 2025. The selection process will officially start in Autumn/Winter 2024/2025.

The Journey:
* 1st Month - Induction @Milan, HQ: Engage in ad-hoc training sessions to gain the support, tools, and opportunities needed to grow and succeed. Learn about the fast-growing global market and the meaningful values that drive our company.
* 6 Months - Two Assignments @Milan, HQ: Explore your department of interest by working with two different teams and tackling a Sustainability project within the company or the (COMPANY NAME) Foundation.
* 12 Months - International Assignment: After understanding the core of our company, you will spread (COMPANY NAME) values globally by working in one of the 26 countries we operate in, based on your career path and area of development.
* Graduation: After 18 months, you will be ready to graduate and contribute to the company's growth by making a significant impact.
We will guide you throughout the entire journey, encouraging you to discuss your development path at every step.

To Apply, You Must:
* Have a master's degree with excellent grades achieved between March 2024 and June 2025.
* Have at least 6 months of working/internship experience.
* Have at least 6 months of international experience.
* Be fluent in English.
Nice to Have:
* Proficiency in one other foreign language.
* Active membership with a role of responsibility in Students' Associations/Communities.
