Trainee Developer work under the guidance of a team lead or senior team member, fulfilling various tasks ranging from learning the codebase, attending design meetings, write basic code, fix bugs and documenting the information to feed into the knowledge process. They should be able to complete the tasks assigned to them on-time with quality with all required supervision and guidance
