Job Description

Joining (COMPANY NAME)'s new Corporate Graduate Program means being part of a development journey to give a boost to your early career in order to become the leaders of tomorrow.
This unique program includes three rotations from Paris HQ's to an international office to one of our 5600 hotels, you will discover different jobs, connect with different cultures and build your network. Your future missions :
Corporate M&A in-house lawyer (Corporate - Paris)
* Conduct legal due diligence and identify risks related to corporate, IP, regulatory compliance, contracts, and employment.
* Draft and negotiate various agreements, supporting M&A integration efforts within the Luxury & Lifestyle division.
* Provide day-to-day support on company law and governance issues.
Junior Legal Counsel (Hotel - TBC):
* Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating hotel contracts, ensuring compliance with (COMPANY NAME) standards.
* Monitor and uphold regulatory compliance, including health and safety, data protection, and environmental standards.
* Provide operational legal support and manage guest and supplier disputes.
Junior Legal Counsel (Corporate - TBC):
* Draft, review, and negotiate MOUs, Supplier Agreements, Hotel Management Agreements, Franchise Agreements, and Employment Agreements.
* Assist with legal-related admin tasks, ensuring proper filing and management of agreements.
* Conduct legal research on regional issues and champion the adoption of a contract management tool.

Qualifications

You are :
A highly motivated law graduate with a strong background in corporate or M&A law, ready to build a dynamic legal career within (COMPANY NAME)'s Corporate Graduate Program. Through three targeted rotations, you will support high-impact M&A transactions, manage essential hotel legal operations, and refine your expertise in corporate law. You bring excellent analytical skills, fluency in French and English, and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly. With a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset, you're eager to work across teams and adapt to diverse legal challenges, positioning yourself as a valuable asset to (COMPANY NAME)'s legal and business objectives
