Your Graduate Program Journey
Embark on a journey of 3 missions where you will develop expertise in IT strategic planning, account management, and project management. You will gain hands-on experience in assessing business needs, evaluating technologies, architecture that fuel the Group's strategic ambitions.
You will be onboarded into multidisciplinary teams and receive training in project management and Agile methodologies. You'll experience the exciting team spirit of colleagues fully dedicated to support the business development of the Group.

The goal of this Graduate Program is to develop an IT Talent who will be able to evolve quickly within the Group thanks to three different assignments.

YOUR MISSIONS:
§ Mission 1: Junior IT Business Partner - Oct 2025 to Sept 2026 (Ecully, France)
You will be a part of the Business Relationship Management (BRM) team in the Global Information Systems department and assume the role of IT Business Partner.
You will serve as the strategic interface between the Group Functions/Geographies and the IT department. The BRM is responsible for understanding the business needs, managing relationships, and ensuring that IT services align with the business objectives. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, business acumen, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
· Understand the strategic objectives and needs of the different local, group and business stakeholders
· Act as the primary point of contact between the Group Functions/Geographies and IT, fostering a collaborative environment.
· Identify business needs and opportunities for technology solutions to drive business performance and efficiency.
· Facilitate the prioritization of IT projects and initiatives based on business value and strategic alignment.
· Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
· Conduct/support regular governance meetings with the Group Functions/Geographies to review project status, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
· Provide input into the IT strategy and roadmap to ensure alignment with business goals.
You will interact with many departments like IT, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, … as well various geographies, depending on your scope of responsibility. This mission will require some travels.

§ Mission 2: Junior IT Project Manager - Oct 2026 to March 2027 (Americas or APAC)
To define, implement and lead an IT project from the draft stage to testing support, with the objective of obtaining the optimum result in accordance with demands formulated by the business stakeholders in terms of quality, performance, cost, schedule and security.
In the team, your role will be to:
· Supervise the design and development phases, including tests. Get involved in choosing software, alongside the project supervisor.
· Supervise the running of the project in terms of scope/quality/costs/schedule
· Implement IT solutions and their defined evolutions
· Organize, coordinate and lead the entire project management team, dealing with potential differences between the team and other parties involved.

§ Mission 3: To be defined - 6 months from April 2027
The final 6-month assignment will be a real opportunity for you to consolidate your competencies, acquire a cross-company vision of a role and identify your next position within Groupe SEB.
For example, IT Operation Managers or Junior Architect
Following your first 2 assignments, the objective will be for you to discover another role within the IT Department. Depending on local contexts at the time and the development of your competencies, we will define the third mission during the year 2026. You could be based in or out of Europe.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
· Graduated with a master's degree in engineering or equivalent in 2023, 2024 or 2025
· No more than 2 years of professional experience (internships and apprenticeships excluded)
· Previous study period or work experience outside your home country
· International mobility
· Fluent in English. German and French are not mandatory but would be considered as a plus
· You are interested in IT and you have an ability for self-learning

RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
Step 1: Apply on our career website before April 25th, 2025
Step 2: If you meet the program criteria, you will be contacted for HR interview
Step 3: If you are among the candidates selected in the first round, you will be invited to attend a special Recruitment Day on May 22th with your future managers and HR teams on our campus in Lyon.
Step 4: Applicants that are successful in the interviews and the Assessment Center will then be offered a position to join the Groupe SEB Graduate Program.
Step 5: Beginning of the Graduate Program: October 2025!
