Groupe SEB Nordic is a sales & marketing company and subsidiary of Groupe SEB International, global leader in the manufacturing of small domestic appliances and cookware. Groupe SEB Nordic develops, distributes and sells products under the brand name OBH Nordica, Tefal & Krups You will be based in Stockholm, Sweden for at least 12 months. YOUR MISSIONS: Your role will be to support the sales process in the Local sales organization and have responsibility for business reports linked to KPI performance tracking and trend analysis. You will have to structure and implement the company's financial management processes, in order to optimize business performance. You will be involved in various projects and have a closely collaboration with the local sales and marketing team. You will: - Be responsible for the local P&L - Monitoring customer budgets, bonus and market support - communication with KAM - Follow-up of sales/budget from QV and support Field Manager and Customer Service Manager - Agreement - assist KAM with calculations and tactics - Follow-up of agreement according to budget - Follow-up of KAM and Field Managers sales/development according to budget and forecast - Category follow-up - Responsible for the budget and re-forecast process - Provide statement and reports for the follow-up of product and sales. - Proactively analyze and invoice numbers and identify business improvements - Reporting Trade statistics - Provide Field Sales Manager with statement of market support and bonuses - Be the link between the local Sales and OBH Group Finance - Be a part of meeting with Group Finance DO YOU WANT TO SHAPE YOUR FUTURE WITH US? Candidate Requirements:

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: Recently graduated with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or other related major field of study. Strong analytical skills Strong oral and written communication skills Strong Excel skills is necessary, if you have worked in SAP that is a plus Ability to summarize and communicate important data Flexibility and ability to plan and prioritize multiple tasks Team and service-oriented Fluent in English if you speak/understand another Nordic language, this is a bonus
