Do you enjoy working to improve Data Analytics & AI processes? Do you want to be part of a global industry leader? At ITT, we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Data Analytics & AI team. In this role, you will be working closely with business and data stakeholders to assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, as well as contributing to the development and implementation of Data & AI that enhance decision-making capabilities. The Business Analyst (P1) will assist ensuring successful project execution and delivery while gaining hands-on experience in business analysis, AI-driven analytics, and process optimization. To succeed in this role, you will need to: * Be curious and proactive in understanding business processes, and eager to learn how Data Analytics & AI can drive improvements * Be comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs and communicate data-driven insights * Be open to learn new tools, technologies and methodologies in business analysis and data management * Be detail-oriented and organized, ensuring accuracy in requirements documentation, analysis and project deliverables More specifically you will: * Support requirements gathering and analysis for business processes and analytics-driven projects * Assist in the development of functional and technical requirement documents * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, data engineers, analytics engineers, data scientists, ML engineers and IT to propose solutions that improve business efficiency and performance * Participate in testing and validation of analytics solutions, ensuring successful delivery of project objectives * Help track project processes, tasks, activities and documentation to ensure alignment with project goals and deadlines * Provide support during execution of projects, including user testing, training and ongoing maintenance * Document and assess potential risks associated with proposed solutions and project execution * Help manage multiple tasks and priorities of the Data Analytics & AI team, ensuring timely completion and clear communication of issues or risks

Candidate Requirements:

What we are looking for: * 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis or related role * Understanding of basic project management principles and experience working in cross-functional teams * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in data-driven decision-making and AI technologies * Familiarity with business processes, requirements gathering and data management techniques * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders * Basic understanding of test planning, implementation and troubleshooting * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with analytics tools (preferred but not required) Education: * Bachelor's Degree in Business, Data analytics, Information Systems or a related field ??
