The S&OP process aims to achieve alignment of the main functions (especially Sales, Production, Asset Management and Product Management) over a mid-term horizon. The ultimate goal of the S&OP process is to ensure a high customer service level, high production performance, and the best usage of our investments. As Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Data analyst you will have following responsabilities: 1) Bringing the process to the next level by developing the data model in Power BI, by taking inspiration from other entities in Europe with a continuous improvement mindset. 2) Assisting the S&OP manager in ensuring that sales forecasts are captured, challenged and aligned between the different stakeholders (mainly sales directors and the operations mgmt team, but also business control, Finance, Product Management) 3) Updating forecast data into PowerBI on monthly basis and garantee data integrity 4) Leading defined actions/projects coming from the S&OP reviews and follow-up their progress of completion. Candidate Requirements:

Education :Engineering degree with special in Data analysis / Computer Science GMAT > 650 Mindset: - Digital: Able to take ownership of existing Power BI report and seek to optimize the usage of the IT tools - Analytical: Methodic and rigorous, comfortable with numbers, data driven. - Synthetic: Ability to simplify complex problems into simple terms/model - High value thinker: Critical, strategic and value thinker Interpersonal skills: - Team player: Ability to build and maintain relationships across functions and cultures - Communication: Outstanding presentation skills (EN), ability to send clear messages - Result oriented & project driven: Build action plans & respect the deadlines - Curious: Always looking for new & smart solutions, eager to learn Plus, previous experience: - Product Management, Controlling or project management - Power BI, G-Suite - SAP (Profile Operations or Purchasing) - Move can be expected ; driving license most likely necessary Languages English fluency is Must have Swedish Nice to have Danish Nice to have French Nice to have
