Responsibilities

* Business Analyst Intern
* Turn research and knowledge into actionable plans to support team on new technologies or best practices (if any)
* Do in charge/ Support gathering, analyzing, and creating product development requirements.
* Be creative when working with the team and get involved in giving advice to improve the product.
* Build test cases and conduct test features/product
* Develop documentation to guide users on how to use new features
* Receive ticket feedback from users (bugs,...) on the channels, manage tickets until completed and report
* Jobs are assigned by superiors

Requirements

* Senior or final year student pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related subject.
* BA certificates is an advantage.

* Possess basic knowledge about requirement gathering/ management.
* Pro-activeness (self-starter), good communication and fast learning.
* Good for logical thinking and problem solving.
* Good at using MS Office, Excel, Gsuite; Understanding of data structures and proficiency in SQL/Python is an advantage
