Performance standards that an incumbent must have to be successful in this position include:
* Leadership and teamwork capabilities
* Interpersonal communication skills
* Extracurricular activities (campus organizations, clubs, student organizations, community service)
* Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions
* Exceptional written and oral communication skills

Prospect Qualifications: A prospect, regardless of age and hiring source must meet all of the below criteria:
* Be a student who is enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university and have at least 1 semester remaining after the internship
* Be available to work 40 hours a week for Summer 2025
* Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)

Preferred Qualifications:
* Overall GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher
* Prior internship or research experience in related field
* Proficiency in Microsoft office suite

Bachelor's: $15.00 to $37.25 per hour
Master's: $21.50 to $46.25 per hour
At (COMPANY NAME), our internship pay rates are standardized and take into account three main factors: the anticipated graduation date of the individual, the cost of labor of the geographic location, and whether the internship is considered technical or administrative.

Salary Range: $15.00 - $46.25

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, (COMPANY NAME) considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, (COMPANY NAME) provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
