We are currently looking for a Formulation & Materials Science Intern at our Plainsboro, NJ office.

The 2025 dsm-firmenich Summer Internship Program will begin June 9th, 2025 and run through August 14, 2025
Our standard working hours are Monday - Friday (37.5 / 40 hours per week)

Your key responsibilities:
* Conduct lab experiments in the F&MS labs on flavor/fragrance/nutrient delivery technologies.
* Organize collected data in clean way that is suitable for data analysis.
* Record and maintain a laboratory notebook and follow all laboratory safety protocols.
* Prepare a short research report that could serve as a start to an internal research report.
* Prepare and present your work during team meetings and a final presentation to the entire F&MS team.

You bring:
* Currently working on completion of a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering/Food Science/Chemistry/Data Science or related field;
* Candidates must be available to work full-time beginning on June 9, 2025 - August 14, 2025;
* Your enthusiasm for laboratory experiments combined with data analysis;
* Your eagerness to work in fast-paced environment surrounded by some of the biggest talents and brands in the Flavor, Fragrance and Ingredients industry;
* Your excellent teamworking and communication skills;
* Your ability to deliver results under agreed upon deadlines;
