Our website is one of the most content-rich sites in organic skincare and is available in 4 languages. At the center of our marketing strategy is the creation of informative, well-designed content in a variety of written and audiovisual formats.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a talented multilingual candidate with native proficiency in German and fluent English.

In this role, you will assist the marketing and design team with the creation and publication of content articles and advertising campaigns. This includes researching keywords for SEO, writing, adapting, translating, proofreading and publishing content.

Furthermore part of your responsibilities is to help with the project management and coordination among the different departments to launch marketing campaigns on time.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Research and identify trending topics and audience interests relevant to our brand and industry

- Write clear, concise, and engaging content for our web pages, blog, social media, and other communication platforms

- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities for content creation and SEO optimization

- Translate content to German incorporating the researched German keywords

- Optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, header tags, and page content to improve search engine rankings

- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms

- Monitor and analyze content performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize engagement and reach

- Assist the operations team with the preparation of promotional materials, samples and packaging

Ihr Profil:

SKILLS: We look for

- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify content opportunities and measure performance
- Experience in content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

REQUIREMENTS: We ask for

- Native proficiency in German, both written and spoken
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor's degree or second or third year of studies in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Translation, Languages, or a related field
- Internship agreement for 6–12 months (6 months minimum)
- Valid EU work permit or visa
