Intern - eCommerce & Marketing (Digital Transformation - PMO)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Management Intern. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management and agile SAFE methodologies within our dynamic organization. The intern will work closely with our regional and headquarters teams, supporting various aspects of project coordination, documentation, and system integrations.

Responsibilities:
* Facilitate and participate in agile ceremonies, kick-off meetings, management meetings, and workshops.
* Assist in preparing and maintaining online collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, Jira and visual tools.
* Prepare and maintain project-relevant documentation, including presentations, system landscapes, and journey flows.
* Assist in mitigating any impediments during the agile project process.
* Work closely with regional and headquarters teams to ensure seamless project execution.
* Learn and apply Mercedes-Benz Agile Product management methodology and specific topics on an individual project level.
* Develop an understanding of system landscapes, system integrations, and rollout processes.

Qualifikationen

* Undergraduate pursing Bachelors/Masters in Project/product Management, Business Administration, Computer Science,
or a related discipline.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Familiarity with project management tools, agile methodologies, and system integration concepts is a plus.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills.
