Your role

Interested in working in finance, specifically working on data management projects, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Technology Summer Internship Program.

You'll get to

* learn data management concepts such as Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Quality, Data Taxonomies etc.
* understand, document and optimize how business divisions and functions across the bank govern their critical data in line with firm's data management framework
* analyze complex datasets and identify patterns and observations
* understand business requirements and partner with SMEs, Product Owners to advise solutions
* learn new technologies and support awareness sessions across teams
* work closely with cross-functional team members to improve our digital products

Your team

The Group Data Management Office (GDMO) is responsible for embedding a data management culture into the organization by advocating for our strategy and proactively challenging the way the firm works with data. The GDMO is part of GOTO Operations & COO and is made up of approximately 300 people based in multiple locations globally.

Your expertise

We're looking for a candidate who

* is currently enrolled in studies and will graduate in late 2025 or 2026
* has analytical skills and a data driven mindset
* has values that align with ours hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
* is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
* is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
