Job Description
* Prepare and review reports and presentations for senior management.
* Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities and competitive dynamics.
* Coordinate and streamline inputs from various departments to develop actionable recommendations.
* Support decision-making processes for different initiatives and projects compiling and analyzing relevant information.
* Assist in the preparation and follow-up of meetings, events and communication measures.
* Support daily business tasks within the team, including coordination and administrative tasks.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Banking & Finance, Business Economics, or a related field, preferably with a specialization in Banking.
* Excellent command of English and German; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
* Effective organizational skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Strong client orientation with demonstrated conceptual, organizational, and communication skills.
* Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new environments and ability to prioritize and manage a wide range of parallel tasks.
