What will you do?

As a Services Planner Trainee, you will handle the registration of Work Orders in bFS and Service Orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timely tracking of orders in CRM/ERP systems. You will collaborate with various teams, including Services Sales, Tendering, Logistics, and Delivery.
This position is for an 1-year contract, working part-time for 4 hours per day.

Key Responsibilities:
* Register Work Orders in bFS and Service Orders in SAP.
* Ensure accuracy in order details and cost registration.
* Track order flow in CRM/ERP systems.
* Interact with Services Sales, Tendering, Logistics, and Delivery teams.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
* University degree (Electrical engineering preferred).
* Minimum 1 year of experience in Order Management (preferred).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/CRM tools (preferred).
* Good command of English.
* Excellent organizational skills, analytical abilities, and attention to detail.
