Job Description
* To support for day-to-day HR operations including administrative tasks and employee record management.
* Assist in the recruitment process including documentation.
* Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and timely process for candidates and interviewers.
* To support new hire on-boarding activities including preparing welcome materials, conducting orientation etc.
* Assist in the creation and preparation of training materials including presentations etc.
* Support the coordination and logistics of training sessions, including scheduling, venue preparation and attendee communication.
* Help track and maintain employee training records and attendance.
* Provide administrative support to the training team, including organizing files, handling correspondence, and managing documentation
Ihr Profil:
Qualifications
* Currently pursuing a Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Management or any related field.
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Enthusiastic about learning and developing new skills in corporate environment.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks
