Your role
We are looking for an HR Administration Intern who will support the admin team for all the activities linked to the new employees joining the company.
Main responsibilities:
* Documents/contracts: preparing and archiving documents for new employees/interns
* Meal vouchers: manage the process to order and deliver cards/meal vouchers for new employees/interns
* Discounts: manage the process of discounts for new employees/interns
* Badge: prepare company badge for new employees/interns
* Attendance management: support employees for the attendance management tool
* Other activities: trial periods of new employees / nursery company contribution
Main requirements:
* Educational Background in HR
* problem solving skills
* MS Office package (Excel in particular)
