Roles & Objectives
As an Intern you will be part of our Digital Department for Philip Morris Italia and will be reporting to Manager E-commerce Process. The position will be based in Rome.
In your role you will join the E-commerce Process Team and you will be supporting the E-commerce process coordinator in exploring areas of commercial development of E-commerce platform, focusing on back-end management (inventory & order management), e-commerce operations analysis and vendor management. You will also play a key role in cooperating with other colleagues in the CRM& CSC team and SFP in order to perform all e-commerce activities related to b2c commerce.

Specific Responsibilities:
* E-commerce Store Management & Delivery experience
Support the team to ensure high performance of e-commerce platform through stock management-preventing overselling and out of stock and monitoring forecast accuracy and shipments to consumers

* E-Commerce Reporting & Analytics
Support the team for KPI reporting, produce the weekly and monthly reports and constantly get insights from the data to identify opportunities & threats in the e-commerce platform

* Predictive Care
Bridge between Contact Service Center & e-commerce providers in managing all issues raised by Consumer

Who we're looking for

* Business Administration or Economics, Marketing or Management Engineering degree
* Good use of Excel and PowerPoint, Power Bi will be a plus
* Good analytical skills
* Customer and problem-solving orientation
* Fluent in English and Fluent in Italian
* Passion for new digital technologies and the e-commerce business
* Ability to work alone, in team and to engage with multi-functional stakeholders
What's 'nice to have'
* Experience in back-office roles, (e.g. management of direct or indirect e-commerce channels)
* Communication skills
* Quick learning capabilities entrepreneurial spirit and curiosity
