Roles & Objectives
As an Intern you will be part of our DIM & Service Department for Philip Morris Manufacturing & Technology Bologna S.p.A. and will be reporting to Supervisor Supplier Quality. The position will be based in Bologna.
In your role, you will join the Supplier Quality team supporting in ensuring that supplier quality management and DIM qualifications are performed in Compliance with the Quality System and regulations. You will plan, organize and control all Supplier Quality management and DIM qualification activities according to established processes and standards.

Specific Responsibilities:
* Contribute to define and maintain overall Supplier Management processes to ensure audit readiness by following established requirements and keeping good state of documentation in the available systems. In case of need, support remediation activities
* Participate in supplier's quality performance monitoring based on agreed KPIs to ensure compliance to established specifications and ensure sustainable performance
* Support in Data analysis and dashboard handling
* Support in Documentation management

Who we're looking for

* Degree in engineering / chemical engineering / Process Engineering / Material Engineering
* Literacy in Office Suite
* Fluent in English and in Italian
* Ability to work alone, in team and to engage with multi-functional stakeholders
* Ability to work autonomously, in a team and to engage with multi-functional stakeholders
* Quick learners with good interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills,
