Job Description - Entry-Level Data Analytics Role - Python Focus - Staff Level Profile
Experience Level - Fresh Graduates Welcome
Responsibilities:
* Design and implement data analytics solutions primarily using Python, with exposure to Power BI.
* Participate in the ETL process, utilizing Python to manipulate and prepare data for analysis.
* Assist in the creation of dashboards and reports in Power BI to enable data-driven decision-making.
* Conduct basic data analysis to uncover insights, trends, and patterns within datasets.
* Work collaboratively with teams to gather data requirements and ensure the delivery of tailored analytics solutions.
* Contribute to the maintenance of data quality and integrity through validation and cleansing techniques.
* Document analytics workflows and findings to facilitate knowledge transfer and adherence to best practices.
* Keep abreast of the latest developments in data analytics and visualization technologies.
* Support the education of business users on the utilization of analytics tools and methodologies.
* Engage in business development activities by assisting with proposal creation and other initiatives.
* Take part in special projects and perform other duties as needed to support the team.

Required Skillset:
* Strong foundational knowledge in Python programming for data analysis; experience through academic projects or internships is highly valued.
* Familiarity with Power BI or a willingness to learn and develop skills in creating interactive dashboards and reports.
* Basic understanding of SQL and experience with relational databases.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to process and interpret complex data accurately and efficiently.
* Proactive problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering results.
* Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic setting.
* Effective communication skills, capable of explaining intricate data concepts to diverse audiences.
