What Is the Opportunity?
(COMPANY NAME) Europe is looking for a Trainee BA to join our growing Business Analysis team.

As part of our e-Trade function, you will help the team deliver eTrade products through the product lifecycle. You will work alongside our Product Specialist, other Business Analysts and Underwriting colleagues and work closely with the Product Owner and Project Manager to help deliver, analyse and optimise our e-traded products.

You will have a keen interest in Data Analysis and your main responsibilities will include working with data to understand product performance, identify opportunities for enhancing our product offering to the market and gathering information from different parts of the organisation in order to help deliver the right solutions for the business and service to our customers.

We are looking for someone who is keen to understand, learn and develop data and business analysis skills. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our existing Business Analysts and work towards developing a better understanding of the discipline.

(COMPANY NAME) Europe currently offers flexibility to employees who wish to work on a hybrid basis in accordance with our Hybrid Work Arrangements Policy. This entails full time employees working three days a week in the office and two days at home (or pro rata for part-time employees). This policy may be changed at the Company's discretion.

What Will You Do?

* Work with the Product Specialist to analyse data to formulate opinions on product enhancement
* Work alongside Business Analysts to collect, understand, document, validate and communicate the business requirements for new products and enhancements of existing products
* Work with Business Analysts to learn how to document business processes
* Become a Super User for our core systems and be a point of contact for problem solving and issue resolution
* Learn about and perform user acceptance testing ensuring all testing is documented and completed
* Learn how to perform ad hoc analysis to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues
* Work with supervision from Product Specialist, Support Analyst and Head of eTrade
* Perform other duties as assigned.
