YOUR MISSION
Within Group Marketing & Strategy, the Marketing & Sales Ops Team is in charge of supporting Business Units to reach their full potential on organic growth levers.
The Growth Strategy Intern will support the Marketing & Sales Ops Team on 3 main areas:
Identify levers to increase Marketing Performances
* Follow & assess our BUs SEO, SEM & SMA strategies
* Build action plan to help BUs to accelerate their growth
* Identify latest Digital trends and share the most efficient ones to our Digital Marketing Communities
Perform Business Intelligence Strategic Analysis
* Consolidate and challenge Key Performances Indicators to identify areas of improvements
* Prepare Excel models, dashboards, PowerPoint presentations to help the business units scale their marketing lead generation
* Conduct benchmarks
Reinforce & Share (COMPANY NAME) Expertise on Marketing
* Create content to structure/synthetize (COMPANY NAME) Expertise (Excel Dashboards, Playbook, Workshops)
* Interact with (COMPANY NAME) Business Units (Teams, Calls, Workshops) to share (COMPANY NAME) Expertise
OUR REQUIREMENTS
Education & experience
* Bac +5 from a top business school or university, looking for a gap-year or a final-year internship
* A first successful internship experience in digital marketing
Competencies
* Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads & Meta Ads
* Motivated team player
* Analytical skills (database analyses, business plan modeling)
* Good business sense
* Strong communication skills (oral, written)
* Rigorous, organized and attention to details
* Master Microsoft Office Suite (mainly Excel and Powerpoint)
* SEMrush or Ahrefs is a plus
Languages required
* Fluent in French and English
* Other languages appreciated: Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German
