Wir bieten

Für unser expandierendes Büro am Standort Berlin suchen wir ab sofort engagierte Verstärkung und bieten interessante, vielseitige und herausfordernde Aufgaben und Einblicke in die Arbeit einer ökonomischen Beratung. Wir bieten ein Praktikum von 2 bis 12 Monaten mit flexiblem Beginn und kompetitiver Bezahlung.

Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben
* Vollwertige Mitarbeit in verschiedenen Beratungsteams
* Aktive Mitgestaltung von Studien, Gutachten und Präsentationen, von der Konzeption über die Durchführung ökonomischer Analysen bis hin zur Dokumentation der Ergebnisse
* Recherche und Analyse von Unternehmens-, Branchen- und Marktdaten, bei Interesse und entsprechenden Vorkenntnissen auch anhand statistischer und ökonometrischer Instrumente
* Entwicklung und Anwendung von Modellen und Argumentationslinien unter Einsatz Ihrer im Studium erlernten ökonomischen Kenntnisse

Ihr Profil
* Sehr guter Hochschulabschluss (mindestens Bachelor) in Volkswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finanzwirtschaft oder einer verwandten Disziplin
* Interesse an wirtschaftlichen Themen, insbesondere mikroökonomischer und / oder finanzwirtschaftlicher Natur
* Intellektuelle Neugier, kritisches Denkvermögen, präzise und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, sich in unbekannte Fragestellungen schnell einzuarbeiten
* Ausgeprägte analytische und quantitative Fähigkeiten
* Eloquente mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
* Hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamfähigkeit und Motivation
* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
* Erste Erfahrungen in der angewandten Wirtschaftsforschung wünschenswert
* MS-Office Kenntnisse wünschenswert

For our expanding office in Berlin, we are looking for a dedicated team and offer interesting, versatile and challenging tasks and insights into the day to day business of an economic consulting firm. We offer an internship of 2 to 12 months with flexible start date and competitive remuneration. Economic Consulting lies at the exciting interface between scientific work, economic expertise and customer-oriented consulting. Our new, growing office in Berlin benefits from the company's global resources, its close collaboration with offices in Frankfurt, London, Paris, and Madrid as well as opportunities for cooperation with Oliver Wyman.

We usually work in small teams which enables you to take part in all stages of a project. Moreover, you will get your personal buddy who will facilitate your extensive introduction into the company and your main tasks.

Responsibilities
* Full collaboration and assistance in different consulting teams
* Active co-creation of studies, appraisals and presentations, from the conception to the execution of economic analyses up to the documentation of results
* Research and analysis of company, industry and market data, using statistical tools, if interested
* Development and application of quantitative models and argumentation streams using your economic knowledge acquired during your studies

Your Profile
* Very good university degree (at least Bachelor) in economics, finance or a similar discipline
* Interest in economic topics, especially of microeconomic and/or fiscal nature
* Intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, precise and solution-oriented way of working as well as the ability to quickly become acquainted with unknown issues
* Distinctive analytical and quantitative skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English, other languages are of advantage
* High degree of reliability, sense of responsibility, ability to work in a team and motivation
* First experience in applied economic research is desirable
* MS office skills are desirable
