Recruiter
(fixed term position for 1 year)
for our global team in Budapest.
The role:
The Recruiter is responsible for providing recruitment support across the ELC's GBS function (OneSource) Budapest organization. As part of the HR team, you will be a driving force behind our external talent attraction, sourcing, and engagement strategy through leveraging various knowledge and technologies. You will be joining a highly driven and innovative team that will encourage and allows you to create, test, and drive different sourcing strategies, methodologies, tactical practices, tools, technologies, and more. This role must be able to move at a very fast pace and have a high ability to organize and prioritize based on a rapidly changing and growing environment.
Responsibilities
* Identify, evaluate and present new recruitment sources and networking opportunities that will generate quality, diverse applicants.
* Leverage various knowledge and technologies to actively research, develop, and implement sourcing strategies that drive engagement with diverse talent. This includes analytical thinking and the application of various sourcing/recruitment channels/techniques, and tool that identify, attract, and engage high-quality candidates, while pursuing cost-containment options.
* Source passive and active candidates from job boards, our applicant tracking system (SAP SuccessFactors), the internet, social media, target companies, cold calling, networking groups, or any other combination of marketing mediums as established by integrated recruitment and marketing campaigns.
* Stay up-to-date with the employment market (start-up, marketing agencies, etc.) to best educate the business and recruiting team.
* Provides consultation to the business on the roles and responsibilities of all partners and stakeholders in the recruiting process.
* Manages communications to key stakeholders (hiring managers, candidates), ensuring timely and accurate updates on status and feedback.
* Maintain data integrity in systems and tools and follow up with internal/external stakeholders on the Talent Assessments (completion, results etc.)
* Responsible for leading operational execution initiatives that will reduce complexity and increase efficiencies as the in-house team that continuously improves performance to better support our customers.
* Lead or Co-lead Talent Acquisition initiatives. (i.e. Employer Branding activities, Campus activities, Internship Pogram, Candidate Experience).
* In charge of the social media and the TA internal & external communication plan.
Requirements
* 2+ years of recruiting experience.
* Fluent English knowledge.
* Sourcing capabilities and creative techniques to identify potential talent.
* Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; Good listening skills.
* Strong organizational, follow-up skills and attention to detail. Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and drive to completion.
* Experience assessing and identifying the needs of Hiring Managers and proven track record of developing creative sourcing strategy and candidate outreach.
* Experience in TA systems such as Applicant Tracking Systems and CRMs (SAP SuccessFactors and Eightfold are strongly preferred).
* A strong understanding of search strings and sourcing tools (LinkedIn).
* Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and candidate relationships.
* Comfortable with ambiguity. Flexible. A positive attitude, flexibility and resilience facing multiple demands and shifting priorities.
* Influencing skills - the ability to quickly establish credibility and effectively manage others through influence.
* Strong Team contributor, sharing ideas, knowledge and best practices.
