Key Responsibilities
* Manages assigned customers and budget base; pursues and secures business in line with the business objectives
* Probes and identifies customer needs and provides solutions
* Builds a good understanding of target customers and the assigned account base
* Communicates significant trends, rate changes and policies to assigned accounts
* Researches and understands the territory to identify and establish business contacts with potential customers
* Researches and analyses competitive and industry trends
* Ensures customer relationship management tools are updated on time and are of excellent quality
* Is typically responsible for medium impact customers to the business in any size cluster

We are looking for
* Sales professional with previous experience in a similar environment. Forwarding Industry is a plus.
* Able to handle multiple vertical and horizontal stakeholders, with multicultural backgrounds, internal and external stakeholders. Prior international working experience is a plus.
* Able to think outside the box, deliver innovative solutions and ways of working.
* Flexibility while remain accurate under stressful situations.
* Has strong communication skills and good commercial sense.
* Is proactive, able to take ownership, is willing to go the extra mile for customers and build long term relationships.
* Fluency in Spanish and English (B2 minimum) language is a must.
* Willingness to travel.
* Must possess strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
* Excellent ability to problem solve and deal with a variety of concrete variables
