Job Description

As part of the Procurement team, you will serve as an Ariba expert (MyBuy), providing support and guidance to end-users, IT, and suppliers, while ensuring the correct operational functioning of the platform. This role also provides you the opportunity to have daily contact with different stakeholders (buyers, suppliers, IT, requestors, etc.) as well as to work on the creation of different reports and automation.

In your new role you will:

* Act as the primary point of contact for Ariba-related queries (MyBuy), providing expert support and guidance to end-users, IT, and suppliers, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of Ariba processes, identifying and implementing improvement opportunities
* Be responsible for User Maintenance (e.g. new users, change authorizations), User Support (e.g. answer questions, give requested support/advice, conduct trainings), and Supplier Support (e.g. answer questions, give requested support/advice)
* Manage incidents raised by key users, perform root cause analysis, test in the system, raise incidents in the IT shop, track, re-test, and close
* Secure compliance by applying tight controls and providing accurate information and solutions for operational issues within the tool
* Communicate with and update the Ariba user community, including user maintenance, training, and support
* Provide timely reporting and incident handling, including root cause analysis, testing, and resolution
* Collaborate with own team and other process teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities
* Participate actively in projects, coordinating and performing testing as needed
* Support the integration of new team members, ensuring a smooth onboarding process

You are proactive, result-oriented and demonstrate high-quality standards for your work. Your strong communication skills allow you to quickly establish successful cooperation within your team and with others. Moreover, you have exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, and you always look at the big picture.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

* A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management or equivalent field of studies
* At least 1 year of experience in Procurement preferably in a similar role

* Good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel - knowledge of SAP Ariba is an advantage
* Data analysis skills for leveraging digital analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
* Understanding of process automation and familiarity with RPA (Robotic Process Automation)
* Strong proficiency in using digital communication and collaboration platforms
* Fluency in English (mandatory) - German and/or Spanish are an advantage
