About this role:
You will be the first point of contact for new partners joining the Lieferando platform, playing a crucial role in establishing the foundation for a successful partnership. Your responsibilities include introducing partners to our range of services, guiding them on strategies to increase their revenue, and optimizing their profiles to maximize visibility and success on our platform. By providing clear guidance and tailored recommendations, you ensure our partners are set up for long-term growth and satisfaction.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
* Support restaurant partners by providing market research, insights, and promotional materials (e.g., flyers, merchandise, stickers) to help them succeed on the platform.
* Ensure high-quality service and effective issue resolution to retain existing restaurant partners.
* Conduct engagement activities with restaurant partners, including identifying their needs and advising on how to make the best use of JET's solutions and offerings.
* Implement cross-selling and up-selling initiatives for existing restaurant partners
* Prepare, explain, and follow up on management reports (e.g., sales performance) in line with requirements.
* Execute tasks independently, exercising individual judgment and applying advanced knowledge of operational procedures and tools.
What will you bring to the table?
* You have already gained experience in account management and in up- and cross-selling products.
* You don't wait for work to come your way, but proactively look for new opportunities to get involved.
* With your strong communication skills and understanding of business processes, you find solutions that are ideal for our partners and for our company.
* You manage everything in a structured and independent manner.
* You enjoy solving complex tasks.
* With your stress-resistant and goal-oriented personality and your sense of humor, you fit perfectly into the motivated and ambitious Account Management team.
* Confident in using Google tools (Gmail, G-Drive etc.)
* Fluent German and good English skills. (Other languages are an advantage)
* Ideally, you already have experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Zendesk.
* Ideally you have experience in the hospitality industry.
