Software Engineer

to join our team at our location in Oslo

Your key responsibilities:

* In this role, you will work as a full-stack engineer, primarily focusing on backend tasks and having smaller front-end responsibilities. You will join one of our products, and daily your tasks will be:

* Design, develop, test, and ship robust, maintainable, and readable software, applications, APIs, and other workflows.

* Attend regular scrum ceremonies as a member of an agile cross-functional team.

* Analyse, discuss and implement business requirements while maintaining good documentation of the systems and components you create.

* Adopt, implement, and provide feedback on organizational and industry standards and practices that will positively impact our engineering culture.

What will help you to succeed in the role:

We are looking for you to apply if you are at the beginning of your IT career or have a few years of experience. To succeed in the role, you have:

* A university degree in the IT field

* Hands-on experience with C# and the .NET framework.

* Some experience in developing, shipping, and maintaining cloud-based applications.

* A good understanding of RESTful APIs.

* Some knowledge of frontend development with any modern JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).

* Familiarity with microservices and distributed architecture is a plus.

* Experience with relational databases, preferably SQL Server.

* Knowledge of cloud development and experience with Azure is a bonus.

* Written and spoken English proficiency to communicate and collaborate with our international team.
