The Marketing and Shopper & CM Manager is responsible to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to build our brand, achieve sales and SOM objectives and increase consumer engagement. He/She will also develop the POS Strategy and Picture of Success for Healthcare business in customers across different channels to drive consumption of the brand and category.
Your Tasks
Create marketing plans to increase brand awareness
Help develop and optimize marketing campaigns
(product launching and promotion)
Assist in developing effective media campaigns and
choosing appropriate distribution channels
Track budgets with an eye towards maximizing gains
and reducing costs
Ensure strong brand presence online/offline
Review packaging and positioning of products
and suggest improvements
Update the pricing of products to align with the
company's long-term objectives
Review packaging and positioning of products and

Develop and implement channel strategies aligned with
Brand Strategy.
Create Game Plans by Distribution Channel
Build Annual Development Plans per customer
(consumer trends, launches, promotional plans)
Develop and Execute Key Initiatives by Distribution Channel
Define Pricing Strategy by Distribution Channel
Create Promotional Strategies to drive Sales
Implement Executional Plans and guidelines for Primary and Secondary Exhibitions
Perform periodical analysis of promotional/pricing activities to understand SO impact.
Manage Shopper & CM budget according to business Priorities
Track execution compliance in order to get insights to improve POS strategy and POS material.
Work on distribution opportunities within sales team,
Specially in Must Stock List program.
Your Profile
Knowledge of key distribution channel dynamics and POS
Knowledge of Sales and Marketing KPI´s
Familiar with CATMAN Process and Category development mindset.
Ability to conduct market analysis (and the know-how to use and interpret spreadsheets and charts)
Analytical mind and research skills
Creative mindset
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Organizational skills
Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets
Excellent English language.
