Key responsibilities

As Customer Experience Team Leader you will lead the CX team in Rijeka while providing services to customers once they are onboarded in the Maersk environment. Activities may include the following (but are not limited to):

* Guide local CX Team through clearly defined annual targets balancing quality, cost and consistency.

* Monitor all assigned KPI's for an all-round coverage and timely act on non-compliances.

* Identify/attract and retain talent, offer opportunities to learn and grow

* Ensure team(s) are trained and practice in accordance with global standards

* Taking full responsibility for customers' experience by managing the documents related to import-export operations in compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements, ensuring its smooth execution.

* Collect data and create necessary reports, related to export loadlist and import declaration.

* Cooperate closely with all internal and external customers,

* Manage relevant import-export documents.



We Are Looking For:

* You have experience in a Freight Forwarding/Supply Chain/Logistics role

* You have a customer-centric mindset focused on delivering exceptional Customer Support

* You have good planning skills and the ability to work under pressure to the deadline

* You are motivated to help your team grow and develop as a best performing team

* You have leading or supervising experience

* Professional proficiency in Croatian at mothertoungue level and English

Location: Rijeka, Croatia (No relocation or VISA support provided for this role)
