Finance Project Officer H/F

We are seeking a Finance Project Officer to join our corporate finance team. The primary focus of this role will be on post-M&A integration, where you will be responsible for working on projects aimed at integrating and transforming companies acquired by Mantu. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on other strategic projects for the Administrative & Finance Governance, such as the deployment of new tools & processes at the group level. Main responsibilities: Work on post-M&A integration projects, ensuring smooth transition and integration of acquired companies into Mantu's tools and processes. Define and follow-up acquisitions' ROI and financial KPIs. Support the restructuring of the acquired companies. Prepare and present project updates to Finance Team. Contribute to the improvement of Mantu's finance information systems. Assist in the development and implementation of project strategies. Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure project success. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions. Ensure all project documentation is up to date and compliant with company standards. Ihr Profil:

Profile Requirement: We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a keen interest in finance and projects. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset. A strong understanding of finance information systems and experience in projects is a plus. Holding a master's degree in finance, or a related field. Fluency in English and French. Knowledge in working on projects and business processes. Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Proactive and able to identify potential issues before they arise. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and work on multiple projects simultaneously. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and tools. Experience in M&A and restructuring is plus. Mastery of generative AI (ex: ChatGPT/Poe.com, etc…) and automation tools (PowerAutomate etc…) is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity. "Mantu is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
