Description:

Marsh is seeking candidates for the "Employee Health & Benefits Claims Advisor" for Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) Department based in the Athens office.

We will count on you to:
* Be one of the points of contact servicing our insureds
* Offer guidance, support and clarifications to the insureds, regarding the procedure to correct file claim
* Effectively resolve disputes with insurance companies
* Dully explain the plan's offered benefits and ways to optimize its full capacity
* Support HR specialists in healthcare market and relevant issues that they should be aware of

What you need to have:
* At least 2 years of working experience in handling Health & Benefits claims queries
* Strong knowledge of the Greek Health & Benefits insurance market operations and procedures
* Alternatively 3-5 years of work experience in a Life Agency as either customer service expert or as back office administrator
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Effective negotiation skills
* Avid user of technology
* Proficient in both Greek and English
* Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
