Salary: EUR1300 gross per month + up to 10% performance bonus + EUR100 per month UP Hellas + private medical insurance
Our client, a prominent financial institution, is seeking Finnish-speaking Customer Service Advisors to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on behalf of a leading bank, offering a competitive salary, bonuses, and the chance to work remotely or in-office in Athens.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality customer support to Finnish-speaking clients of the bank.
* Assist with inquiries related to banking services, accounts, transactions, and product offerings.
* Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
* Adhere to company guidelines, ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
Requirements:
* Language Proficiency:
* Finnish: C1 level minimum
* English: B1 level minimum
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Customer service experience is a plus but not required.
Work Conditions:
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Finnish time
* Location:
* Work from the office in Athens (relocation assistance available).
* Remote work option anywhere within Greece.
