Its main missions are:

The sale
* Advise customers in the selection and purchase of products
* Treat all products, regardless of value, with care and present them to the customer with the highest level of respect.
* Complete the customer transaction in a professional manner
* Provide the customer the necessary information
* Provide the Sale Ceremony of La Samaritaine

The customer experience
* Be the first Ambassador of the Store and provide the customer with a unique experience
* Maintain a good presentation
* Understand the customer's needs and meet their expectations
* Provide a warm, personalized and customer-oriented welcoming
* Respond to customer requests and complaints with courtesy and politeness
* Guide the customer in the Store according to his needs (products and services)

Team-work
* Work as a team to achieve sales and service goals
* Help each other and go to the customer throughout the store to avoid waiting and promote the customer experience

Other assignments
* Prepare stocks for inventories and help to carry them out

PROFILE
You wish to evolve in a multicultural environment.
Fluency in English and French are essential.
