Are you ready to kickstart your career in the dynamic world of Revenue Operations? (COMPANY NAME) is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Revenue Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be the first level of support for our sales and cross-functional teams as Finance, Legal, Product, Customer Success, Marketing, Channel & Alliances while managing the deal desk. This is an exciting opportunity to learn, grow, and make a significant impact in a rapidly expanding profession! You'll report directly to our Revenue Operations Director.

Contract & Location:

- Permanent full-time contract
- Paris Office
- Smooth remote work policy (up to 3 days a week)

What you will do:

- First-Level Support: Be the go-to person for sales and cross-functional teams, providing prompt and efficient support for their Salesforce / Revenue tools-related queries and issues
- Deal Desk Management: Play a crucial role in managing the deal desk, including the management of deal approval processes and support on quoting, ensuring smooth operations
- Salesforce Administration: Assist in maintaining and updating the Salesforce environment, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity
- User Training: Conduct engaging training sessions to enhance the Salesforce skills of sales and cross-functional teams, helping them to use the platform effectively
- Reporting and Analytics: Create and share reports with sales and cross-functional teams, providing valuable insights into performance metrics
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the Salesforce environment and implement changes to enhance efficiency and user experience
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation of Salesforce and business processes, guidelines, and best practices

What we look for:

- Education: minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience: first experience in a RevOps department with Salesforce, in a SaaS environment is a plus
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Salesforce or business tools administration
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
Language: Fluency in English and French
