Scope

Reporting to the Head of Indirect Procurement, you will be in charge of managing a portfolio of external service providers, mainly in IT but also for the other different departments of the company. The supplier portfolio consists of individual local service providers based or not in our various locations (onshore) as well as pools of teams based in low-cost countries (offshore). The total headcount in scope is several hundredths.

Day-to-Day responsibilities

* Be the key contact of the internal stakeholders, mainly IT and R&D departments that represent 90% of the total scope

* Centralize business requests, source the vendors, accredit, negotiate the pricing and manage master contracts

* Monitor on a monthly basis your portfolio variations both in value and volume

* Identify cost reduction and optimization and build budget

* Align with business on portfolio strategy balance between local and low-cost countries

* Participate to the business reviews to determine renewals, integration and end of services

* Manage closely the partner with performance review, QBR and follow the contractual execution

Profile

You have a master's degree (from University or Business School) and at least 3 years of experience in managing similar portfolio. You speak both French and English at a very good level.

Important skills :

* Familiar with Time and Material vendor management

* Strong contract management knowledge, very familiar with French regulations around external services providers

* Negotiation and communication skills

* Proactive and result-oriented

* High level of competency within Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

* Experience in VSM (Vendor System management) is appreciated.
