About Abbott Neuromodulation Division: Abbott's Neuromodulation Division is dedicated to developing advanced therapies for chronic pain and movement disorders. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to drive revenue growth and market penetration in the Nordics region. This role involves engaging with both existing and new customer groups, promoting our innovative neuromodulation therapies, and positioning Abbott as the leading brand in the minds of healthcare professionals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
* Implement strategies and tactics to achieve market penetration and sales goals.
* Promote new and existing products through product presentations and marketing activities.
* Maintain and improve the average selling price (ASP) of the product portfolio.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
* Be an expert in Abbott's neuromodulation therapies and product portfolio.
* Present clinical merits of products and alternative therapeutic approaches.
* Provide technical assistance, procedure support, and training to customers and Abbott staff.
* Support internal and external training and education programs.
* Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing department to ensure competitive standards.
* Demonstrate leadership and uphold the guiding principles of Abbott Neuromodulation Division.
* Coordinate with the NM team to support key customer development.
* Assist Bids & Tenders office and Customer Service with timely and accurate information.
* Ensure compliance with all quality procedures and regulatory obligations.
* Report weekly on sales targets and revenue, and produce monthly activity reports.

Education & Competencies:
* High School Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or University Degree.
* Results and solutions-oriented with high personal drive.
* Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Willingness to travel throughout the territory/region with overnight stays (25% travel).
* Fluent in Finnish and English.
* High technical knowledge and interest.
* Minimum of 3 years of successful hospital clinical sales and support service.
* Strong organizational and planning skills.
* High degree of flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
