JOB DIMENSION Department Business Development & Marketing Reports To Business Development Manager Direct Reports N/A Key Interfaces Business Development, Marketing, Communication, Tendering Location Aberdeen - Onshore JOB PURPOSE Responsible for supporting Business Development, Marketing and Tendering teams while gaining practical experience in the fields. KEY DELIVERABLES (List in order of importance) 01. Assist with conducting market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities. 02. Aid in gathering and organising information on relevant projects, updating Key Account Management (KAM) plans, and providing support for strategic BD initiatives. 03. Help in conducting market research and analysis, identifying industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth. 04. Update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with current client information, key contacts, project updates, and other relevant details to support seamless customer engagement and strategic planning. 05. Help in conducting market research and analysis, identifying industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth. 06. Provide support to the tender function by preparing responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Notices of Interest (NOIs) in a timely and thorough manner. 07. Help gather, compile, and organise necessary information and documentation to complete Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and other tender submissions, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements. 08. Support the upkeep and regular update of company profiles and information on industry platforms such as SEQual and Achilles, ensuring all data remains current and compliant with industry standards. 09. Contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of the company's marketing plan, assisting with tasks as required to meet key milestones and objectives. 10. Update and maintain company presentations, ensuring alignment with brand standards and relevance to current initiatives. 11. Assist with internal communications to enhance awareness and engagement among employees. 12. Support the organisation and execution of customer and staff engagement activities and events KEY DELIVERABLES FOR ALL * Support a positive workplace culture by collaborating and working with others, sharing knowledge and providing feedback * Understand and demonstrate the core values of the business through actions and behaviours * Look for ways to improve own and operational performance * Understand and comply with all relevant standards and regulations including HSEQ and GDPR, and hold those that do not comply with these standards to account
Ihr Profil:
Qualifications and Work Experience * Essential: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field. * Desirable: Previous internship experience or relevant coursework in business development, marketing or tendering. Job Specific Knowledge * Essential: Basic understanding of business development, Tendering process or marketing principles and concepts. * Desirable: Familiarity with CRM Skills * Essential: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and accuracy across all business interactions and documentation. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Essential: Proficiency in standard office and design softwares * Essential: Good communication and teamwork abilities
