The opportunity
We're currently looking for a Junior Operations Specialist. Someone to join our European Sales Operations team in order to support all European (COMPANY NAME) markets to achieve our delivery targets. Someone with a passion for electric mobility, an interest in technology, and a desire to create the change we know is needed. Someone who doesn't mind the occasional bit of sustainable travel in the service of a cleaner form of electric performance.
This position is located at (COMPANY NAME) Belgium in Brussels and is limited to one year with possible extension to two years. We believe in a hybrid model when it comes to remote and onsite work, knowing that both in-person collaboration and individual time to focus are needed. What matters most is that people get the time, and support, to do what needs to be done. And to enjoy doing it, of course.

The responsibilities
In this role, you'll be expected to support the Planning, Ordering and Distribution Manager Europe. Working as a member of the European Sales Operations team, you'll be instrumental in supporting markets in daily car delivery operations. See below for a more thorough breakdown of the various tasks and areas you'll be responsible for:
* Market support on regional level to enable car delivery target achievement by stakeholder alignment between headquarters and markets
* Regional KPI reporting towards European sales management
* Data and management presentation preparation using, SalesForce, PowerBI, Qlik
* Regional order-, production pipeline- and vehicle stock management
* Overall improvements of operational processes, including cross departmental projects and best practice sharing across European markets

The ideal candidate

You are analytical and process driven with thorough attention to detail. The ability to take the initiative, to meet deadlines and requirements, and to abandon ideas when they're not feasible.
In addition, you'll need the following qualifications:
* Degree in business administration, logistics or a related field
* Problem-solving as well as organizational skills
* Ability to both work effectively in a team and independently
* Fluent in English
* MS Excel/PowerPoint/Word
