DUTIES : This role is for the Finance Controller for our Central and Eastern European (CEE) Region, reporting to the Group CFO, supporting and guiding the business to improve processes. At the same time, this role acts as a representative to local advisors, keeping contact with the auditors, authorities, and other such relationships. The role will also include Business Control responsibilities across the cluster (8 countries in the region) in driving efficiency, KPIs, and profitability analysis. * Ensure accurate and timely reporting - based on the preparation of monthly accounts by the local accountant. * Prepare monthly performance schedules and KPIs. * Review of balance sheet reconciliations. * Monitor monthly cash flow and prepare accurate rolling cash forecasts. * Ensure robust financial controls. * Process optimisation. * Ad hoc analysis. These duties may be modified or adapted according to the needs of the company. THE OFFER : V.I.E. of 18 months which could be prolonged up to 24 months with the entity of state Business France. Monthly remuneration is defined by Business France

Ihr Profil:

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: The candidate will ideally be the holder of a Professional Master's Degree accompanied by at least 24 months of professional experience within a dynamic multiple entity business. Strong English language capabilities combined with proficiency in a Central/Eastern European language and/or German would be highly advantageous. You must have a real ease in expressing yourself both orally and in writing. We require candidates with agility in working with different financial systems and strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and financial controls. You must have extremely strong skills in Excel (V-Lookup and Pivot Tables). You are organised, adaptable, versatile, and you demonstrate perfect autonomy in planning your work, knowing how to manage priorities. With a good capacity for initiative and a curious temperament, you know how to collect both internally and externally all the information necessary for the smooth running of your responsibilities
