Nordic Infucare started its journey as an entrepreneurial company with the desire to do things differently. Mats Bergryd founded the business to offer specialized treatments in a home environment, serving patients who suffer from chronic disease. He chose that niche as he, after 20 years in the industry, had identified a gap between what was possible to achieve with smart technology and pharmaceuticals, and the actual result. Mats concluded that there was an opportunity to increase the quality of life or patients with chronic disease by closing the gap, and that it would be good business for the one who succeeded.
Since the start in 2002 we have grown into a company with more than 100 employees. Today we are a part of the Air Liquide group, but the patient's quality of life still guides all our actions.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
The Digital & IT department within NordicInfu Care AB is responsible for ensuring its end users have the right IT tools, processes and support to deliver on the company goals and objectives. The department also supports the company in its digital transformation and making sure the business meet the group's requirements.
Today there are 6 people working in this department excluding the IT project manager, and the team is made up of IT Support, Business Analysts, Digital Specialists, IT technical support/business specialists and management.
The team is Swedish and English speaking, and the main tasks are done in English including all documentation.
There are today 2 women and 4 men in the team and with various backgrounds, personalities, and skills. For us, team fit and personality are just as important as skills and qualifications to ensure a great collaboration.
As an IT Project Manager you will be responsible for leading projects end- end. From project kick off, through to go live, and handing over the end result to the business.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Conducting prestudies, interviews, and gather requirements
* Planning, training, documentation
* Governance: reporting steercos, presentations and change management
* Exécution and prepare handover to business (Run Mode)
